1. How often should I have my driveway resealed?

We recommend having your driveway resealed every two to three years.

2. Do I have to be home when my driveway is sealed?

You do not have to be home when the crew arrives as long as the driveway has been cleared of all cars and bulky items.

3. What should I do before your crew comes to sealcoat my driveway?

We ask that you clear the driveway from all vehicles and bulky items before the crew arrives. Also, it is important that you turn off all water sprinklers in advance so that the driveway is completely dry. Our crew blows and sweeps all leaves and debris from the driveway. We have a tight schedule during the day and begin work as soon as we arrive to your home.

4. Will you get sealer on my garage doors or Belgian Blocks?

Absolutely not. We know this may be a big concern, however we work carefully to keep the sealcoating material on the driveway so that we can provide a clean finished product.

5. How long should I stay off my driveway after is has been seal coated?

In the summer we recommend staying off the driveway with vehicles for 48 hours. During the fall months allow about 72 hours depending on the temperature. Driveway sealer will dry like paint and even though the surface may be dry, underneath it may still be wet.

6. How do I pay for the work completed?

If you are home, you may pay Garey at the time of service. However, if you are not home at that time we will gladly send an invoice in the mail.
